Elizabeth Lawson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Work with home insurance customers- Citizens
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Assist with Social Media post
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
