Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a detail-oriented Public Disclosure Coordinator (Forms & Records Analyst 3) to join the Public Disclosure Unit within the Business Support Services Division. In this role, you will interpret and apply The Public Records Act RCW 42.56, conduct keyword searches to locate public records, and ensure compliance with all disclosure policies and procedures. This position plays a critical role in maintaining agency transparency, delivering accurate records to the public, and providing technical guidance to staff. Through effective communication and adherence to legal requirements, you will help WSDOT uphold its commitment to transparency and accountability.
