This is a great opportunity for a new marketer who is either a recent college grad or has a couple years experience doing a similar role.

Position Summary:

We're looking for a whip-smart, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-moving marketing team. You will play a critical role in executing marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, overseeing email marketing, and keeping our brand message consistent and on point across all touchpoints. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and love rolling up your sleeves to make things happen - we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of national and regional marketing campaigns across digital, retail and experiential channels
  
• Manage and update the marketing calendar, timelines, and project trackers
  
• Own the content calendar: plan, schedule, and execute campaigns across social media, email, and paid media channels
  
• Manage our email marketing platform (Klaviyo): set up campaigns and flows, monitor performance, and continuously optimize content and segmentation strategies
  
• Collaborate with Sales to align on marketing needs and timing (displays, promos, POS, etc.)
  
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, social engagement, and competitor activity
  
• Support influencer outreach and partnerships (seeding, follow-ups, tracking)
  
• Stay plugged in to cultural trends, social content, and category news

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

• A recent college grad who majored in a relevant field, or have a couple years experience doing a similar role.
• Exceptionally organized and a natural project manager
  
• A strong writer with a good sense of brand voice and tone
  
• Scrappy, resourceful, and not afraid to figure things out
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  
• A team player who's also highly self-motivated
  
• Obsessed with snacks (especially LOVE CORN )

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Klaviyo - or a quick learner!
  
• Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  
• Familiarity with e-comm platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
  
• Passion for brand-building
