Local Delivery Driver - Class A/B CDL

We are a team, we are a distributor of construction materials, we supply roofing, building envelope and below grade materials and we want folks with great people skills on our team because, in the end – people make all the difference.

We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated CDL Driver for our Eugene location on Seneca Road who want to help us expand our fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups
• Inspect truck and/or trailer daily
• Load and unload materials
• Ensure load securement including the installation of corner boards to protect products while in transport
• Match shipments to sales invoices
• Use Samsara to ensure compliance, safety, efficiency and customer service
• Operate truck safely

Requirements

• Class A or Class B driver’s license
• Clean CVOR abstract
• Passionate about great service & teamwork
• 3+ years of driving experience preferred
• Dedicated to safety, on and off the road
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience in the construction/roofing business would be an asset
• Ability to drive trucks with a manual transmission
• Able to complete job tasks such as climbing ladders, pulling and throwing tarps, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Pride in being on time, self-sufficient, and able to provide knowledgeable, excellent customer service
• Ability to speak Spanish is an asset
