Legal Assistant (Hybrid – Seattle, WA)

Pay: $35–$44/hour

Location: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in-office in Seattle)

Join a dynamic legal team as an Attorney Practice Coordinator, supporting multiple attorneys with high-level administrative and litigation tasks. This role requires strong time management, communication, and organizational skills, along with deep knowledge of state and federal judicial systems—especially in labor and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate attorney support across departments (calendar, billing, transcription, etc.)
• Manage litigation documents, filings, and deadlines
• Create and maintain case materials (TOCs, TOAs, NetDocuments, Virtual Binder)
• Handle e-filings and service of documents
• Maintain client and contact records
• Track and report daily tasks and project updates

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in a professional or legal environment
• Expertise in legal document systems
• Strong knowledge of court rules and e-filing procedures
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
