Position Overview:
Under limited supervision, assess needs, partner with key stakeholders, and identify and develop appropriate content aligned with the culture and needs of the business. This person will build materials including storyboards for e-learning, webinars, video scripts, job aids, and facilitator guides, run pilots and continuously improve materials based on feedback. This position will partner with the Training Team to identify gaps and make recommendations for effective learning solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources management, Organizational Development or related field or equivalent work experience. 1 year work experience in the areas of training and development, organization development, or training design.
What will put you ahead: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development. Experience in a sales organization and/or contact center environment. Experience using content creation tools like Canva, Bitable, Articulate 360. Experience using videoconferencing tools like Microsoft Teams.
