Position Overview
Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning and executing a variety of events from concept to completion. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled, creating memorable experiences for our guests and clients.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute a diverse range of events, ensuring they align with client objectives and budget
Collaborate with clients to define event concepts, themes, and programs that meet their needs
Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements
Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
Coordinate communication between vendors, venues, and clients to ensure cohesive event planning
Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, with a track record of successful events
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
